Bathtubs, Tile Walls, Fiberglass, which are fully refinished are warranted for 3 years, against peeling, bubbles, and drips of the refinishing. The coverage will be 100% during the first year, 50% for the second year, and 25% for three years.

The customer has 7 days to notify the company of damage or loss. After 7 days the company will not be held responsible for any damage or loss. NO EXCEPTIONS.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Charges will be based on up-to-date, regular pricing. Here are some conditions that will void the warranty:

• If the use of chemicals or harsh cleaning agents led to discoloration, yellow or staining (soap film).
• If the refinishing becomes damaged or impaired because of leaking or dripping plumbing.
• If there are cracks in the refinished surface because of underlying damage or movement.
• If lack of cleaning causes the refinished surface to fall apart or degrade.
• If tape was placed on the refinished surface, or another adhesive was used on the refinished surface.
• If the surface is constantly wet or withholds water.
• If there is a demolition after the surface has been refinished and it is damaged.
• Man-made damage like impact chips, construction damage, scrapes, scratches, rust or corroded, rubber suction mats, and discoloration of caulking.
• Anthony’s Reglazing Inc cannot guarantee tile accessories like soap dishes, toothbrush holders, towel bars against peeling.

Note:

Floors, sinks, or countertops are not covered under our warranty. Plumbing, caulking, silicone, grout and shower doors are not warranted. Patches, holes, and cracked surfaces are not warranted. 

Cleaning Instructions:

• Do not use bleach or chlorine. (Takes away the shiny)
• Do not use abrasive cleaners. (AJAX, Soft Scrubs, etc.)
• Use non- abrasive, liquid cleaners: (Simple Green, Tub & Tile Cleaner, Zep Shower, Lysol)

Cure Time:

• Do not use the refinished surface before the 24-hour time frame.
• Clean the refinished surface after the 7 days cure time with cleaning cleaners.

For each bad review that does not justify the warranty, it will be investigated by our legal department. Any claims please provide pictures, invoice and a brief description of the situation to customer.service.claims14@gmail.com. Upon inspection on the day of the fix technician will determine if it was workmanship or man-made damage.
